Pinelee Estate Investments Limited provides a house buying service to facilitate property transactions between buyers and sellers. By engaging with our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimer:

1. **Property Representation**: While
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited endeavors to ensure accurate representation of properties listed through our service, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information provided. Descriptions, photographs, floor plans, and any other representations are provided by the seller and/or their agents. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, inspections, and investigations regarding the property.

2. **Misrepresentation**: In the event that a buyer discovers a material misrepresentation of the property, including but not limited to discrepancies between representations and the actual condition or features of the property, the buyer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited shall not be held liable for any such misrepresentations made by the seller or their agents.

3. **Notification Requirement**: Buyers and Sellers must notify 
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited promptly upon discovery of any material misrepresentation. Notification should be made in writing and include sufficient detail regarding the nature of the misrepresentation.

4. **Resolution Process**: Upon receipt of notification,
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited will work with the buyer and seller to resolve the issue in good faith. This may include facilitating negotiations, revising contractual terms, or assisting with dispute resolution mechanisms.

5. **Contractual Rights**: The right of a buyer to withdraw from the contract due to material misrepresentation is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the purchase agreement or contract of sale. Buyers should review these documents carefully and seek legal advice if necessary.

6. **Limitation of Liability**:
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by buyers as a result of material misrepresentations of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any costs associated with inspections, appraisals, or legal fees.

7. **Indemnification**: Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited , its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to any misrepresentations made by the seller or their agents.

8. **Modification of Terms**: 
Pinelee Estate Investments Limited reserves the right to modify or update these disclaimers at any time without prior notice. Buyers are encouraged to review these disclaimers periodically for any changes.
